Bootcamp (Strength and Cardio)

Bootcamp workouts can vary, depending on their focus. They generally include an intense mix of aerobic and strength elements within each class session. In most cases, you can expect to do calisthenics such as pull-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges and crunches — as well as sprints. Some include specific resistance or strength training workouts. Bootcamp is basically a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Bootcamp classes can also include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate movements people do in everyday life.

Cost:
$120/month for 3x weekly
$100/month for 2x weekly
$15/class drop-ins

Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri: 6am, 530pm, 7pm

X-Fit (Strength, Gymnastics, Metabolic Conditioning)

X-Fit is known as “the sport of fitness”, a form of high intensity interval training, strength and conditioning that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. Many workouts feature variations of squats, push-ups, olympic weight lifting, and metabolic conditioning that last for predetermined amounts of time to improve and athlete’s fitness and overall health. This varies from a traditional workout that may tell you how many reps to do over any period of time.

Cost:
$100/month for 2x weekly
$60/month for 1x weekly
$15/class drop-ins

Schedule: Tues and Thurs 6am and 7pm

Private Classes (1-on-1 or Small Group)

Private sessions are ideal for members who want to create a personalized fitness program. A coach can identify goals and create a plan of action to help achieve those goals with very close guidance. Private sessions are a great option if you have limitations in mobility, strength or conditioning and want to get accustomed to fitness enough to join group classes. Sessions always starts with an assessment and discussion on the best plan of attack to achieve your fitness goals.

Cost:
$25/hr session

Yoga (Zen and Stretch Class)

Yoga is an ancient system of physical, mental and spiritual practices that have been passed down through the generations from teacher to student. Yogic practices include breathing techniques, postures, stretching, mobility, relaxation, chanting, and other methods of meditation. There are many varieties of yoga, each with their own unique focus and approach to creating a unitive state of being.

Cost:
$10/class when booking 3 or more monthly
$15/class drop-ins

Schedule: Tues at 530pm

Nutrition (and Supplementation)

Nothing can make or break us like nutrition. A good nutrition plan not only helps us create a healthy foundation for everyday life, but it can help even the most dedicated athletes reach their highest potential by proving their bodies with the nutrients it needs to perform during sport, then recover afterwards. Providing your body with wholesome nutrition is one of the best ways to aid in your fitness regimen.
